First Christian Church Katy, founded in 1978, is a member of the Disciples of Christ and is the first LGBTQ affirming church in Katy, TX. They offer in person worship on Sundays, a youth group, they run Transparent Closet which is a free clothing boutique for youth, teens, and young adults who are transitioning or gender exploring to shop safely, and provide multiple support groups for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Features one and two bedroom apartments with rents adjusted based on Area Median Income. Seniors can age with dignity and pride in a stable, safe, and affirming LGBTQ+ community with access to specialized services and support. Nationally recognized as an HIV/AIDS primary care, prevention, and treatment clinic, Legacy Community Health serves the LGBTQ+ community with care and respect, offering free HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis C testing; HIV/AIDS treatment; transgender specialty care; and a host of social services. For those who are uninsured, the clinic has an assistance program that allows some patients to receive treatment free of charge. Those who don’t qualify are able to pay on a sliding scale based on income.

A project started by a collection of folks all over Texas to distribute HRT injection supplies for free (hormones not included). Currently operating in Austin, the Rio Grande Valley, Dallas, and Houston. Kits are delivered by mail after completing the online form. TRP uses Cryptad and Signal for communication, and does not save anyone's information.
